Free fair-use rules explained

Free is a real preview — not a full desk. Install Riley Pulse, set a lane on the board, and use scan, alerts, and basic filters. Fair-use limits keep Free honest for everyone and reset each calendar day at local midnight.

On Free you get unlimited board searches and 1 successful Quick Claim (book) per day. Smart Booker and multi-claim stay locked until you upgrade. When today’s book limit is reached, Riley stops further Free booking for that day — searching and alerts can still run.

Paid plans remove that Free book cap. Riley Pro unlocks Smart Booker, AI Matching, AI Speed, advanced filters, Post-a-Truck, and unlimited booking per run. Riley Pro+ adds Lightning pace, weekly Excel, and up to 3 companies.

If Riley stops a book sooner than you expect on Free, check the toast — a fair-use stop is intentional. Upgrade when auto-booking or higher limits become part of your daily desk.
