Free fair-use rules explained

Free is a real preview — not a full desk. It is meant to let you install Riley Pulse, set a lane on the board, and see scan, alerts, and basic filters work. To keep Free honest for everyone, we apply fair-use limits that reset each calendar day (UTC).

On Free you get up to 800 board search API hits per day and up to 5 manual Quick Claims per day, plus 1 successful book per run. Every time Riley refreshes the board while you are running, that counts as one search hit. When the daily search cap is reached, Riley stops the run and opens the Plans page so you can upgrade if you need more.

These caps do not apply the same way on paid plans. Pro AI unlocks Smart Booker, AI Matching, AI Speed, advanced filters, and higher booking limits. Elite adds Lightning pace, auctions support, and Post-a-Truck workflows.

If Riley stops sooner than you expect on Free, check the toast message. A fair-use stop is intentional. Upgrade when continuous scanning or auto-booking becomes part of your daily desk.
