Riley Pulse is a digital software service. Nothing physical is shipped, and access is delivered electronically.
No physical shipment
Riley Pulse does not ship a physical product. There are no courier deliveries, shipping charges, or physical handling fees.
How access is delivered
After successful payment and account verification, paid access is applied to your Riley Pulse website account and becomes available to the connected extension through account sync.
Typical delivery timeframe
In most cases, access is applied within a few minutes of successful payment. Rare verification or payment-processing delays can take longer.
If access does not appear
First refresh your Billing or Dashboard page and reopen the connected extension. If access still does not appear, email support@riley-pulse.com with your account email and payment reference so we can review it.
Fees
Because Riley Pulse is delivered digitally, there are no shipping or delivery fees.
