Who we are and acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, installing the extension, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Riley Pulse.

Independent software

Riley Pulse is an independent product. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Amazon or any Amazon service.

We do not use Amazon logos, Amazon trade dress, or Amazon-owned product names as our brand. Any third-party marks mentioned are for compatibility identification only and belong to their owners.

Riley Pulse is optional tooling that runs in your browser on supported load-board pages. You remain responsible for your platform session, compliance, and booking decisions.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate the carrier or board account you use with Riley Pulse. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for all activity under your Riley Pulse account and connected browser device.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the filters, routes, rates, equipment preferences, booking limits, and automation settings you configure. You remain responsible for reviewing, accepting, and fulfilling any load booked through your third-party account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Riley Pulse for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not resell access, share a paid account beyond the allowed device/company rules, attempt to bypass plan restrictions, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law clearly permits it.

Free fair use

The Free tier is for evaluation. Fair-use limits apply (daily search and manual claim caps). Creating multiple Free accounts, using disposable emails, or reinstalling to reset Free access on the same browser device is prohibited and may result in blocked linking or suspended accounts. One Free account per browser device.

Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renew

Riley AI and Riley AI Pro are billed on this website through secure checkout, not inside Chrome. A confirmed payment applies the plan to the purchasing Riley Pulse account; the connected extension syncs access. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically so access stays continuous. You may cancel auto-renew at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Prices, plan features, and limits may change prospectively. If a renewal payment fails, access may pause until payment succeeds or the subscription is canceled.

Third-party platform issues

Issues on the third-party load-board side (account status, suspensions, load availability, rates, API or website changes, carrier compliance) are outside Riley Pulse. You remain responsible for your carrier account and how you use the board.

Riley Pulse does not control the third-party load board, does not provide platform support, and is not liable for actions taken by that platform against your carrier account. If the board changes, rejects actions, limits visibility, or blocks automation-like behavior, that is a platform-side matter.

No load or revenue guarantees

We do not guarantee load availability, rates, booking success, uptime of third-party systems, or any specific revenue outcome. Riley Pulse is assistive software, not a promise of business results.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation details are described on our separate refund policy page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Approved refunds may revoke the related paid access. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, abuse, fraudulent use, harmful behavior, or attempts to bypass account, plan, or device protections. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation

Riley Pulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with every browser, board variation, or market at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, Riley Pulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or platform-side losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The page date will be updated when changes take effect. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
