You’re locked in
Paid tools stay on that carrier. You can’t switch it yourself — email support or upgrade to Pro+ if you ever need another.
Multiple computers?
Yes. Connect on as many browsers as you need. They all share the same confirmed Amazon Relay company and the same dashboard.
Need 2–3 carriers at once?
That's Riley Pro+. Open each carrier board once to add seats (up to 3). You can switch or replace seats from Profile when you're on Pro+.
Locked the wrong company on Pro?
Email support@riley-pulse.com with your Riley Pulse login and the correct Amazon Relay company name — never send Amazon passwords. Or upgrade to Pro+ for multi-carrier.
