Plan or score missing? Reconnect the extension
Riley Pulse Team · Product
Riley Pulse splits the work: the website holds your account, plan, and saved carrier score. The Chrome extension is what talks to the load board. If those two stop talking, the dashboard can look wrong — Free instead of Pro, blank company, or no L6AW grade even after you hit Refresh.
Important: Refresh on the dashboard only reloads what is already saved on your Riley Pulse account. It does not call Amazon Relay by itself. The score appears after a linked extension opens Relay, reads batting-order performance, and posts it to your account.
When something looks stale, use this short reset. Stay signed in at riley-pulse.com. Open Profile. Click Reconnect / manage device (or Connect extension if this browser was never linked). Keep the tab signed in while Chrome finishes pairing. Then open Amazon Relay, stay signed into your carrier, and wait a few seconds on the dashboard or load board.
Come back to Riley Pulse and refresh the dashboard. Plan badges and company should match again; carrier performance usually follows within that same visit. If it is still blank, repeat Reconnect once, confirm the extension popup shows your account, and open Relay again — most “missing plan / missing score” confusion clears after a clean device link.
