Your plan, company, and carrier score follow the browser that is linked to your Riley account. A fresh link keeps the dashboard lined up with the desk.

Stay signed in at riley-pulse.com, open Profile, and choose Reconnect this browser. If this browser is new, choose Connect extension and wait until pairing finishes.

Open Amazon Relay in that same browser and stay signed in as your carrier. Give it a few seconds on the load board.

Return to the dashboard and refresh. Plan and score come through with the link. The extension popup shows the same account, so you can see the desk and the site agree.
