More Riley Pulse questions — privacy, Relay board, PAT & Cloud
Riley Pulse Team · Product
A few extra answers beyond the short FAQ — privacy, the Relay board, Post-a-Truck, companies, Analytics, and Cloud.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never see or store your Amazon Relay password. When you Connect, Riley syncs account and plan info, a device link, your confirmed Relay company name, and light dashboard stats (including pay and reference for loads you book, for your analytics). Full load listings stay in your browser — we don’t sell carrier data.
Where does Riley Pulse run?
On the Amazon Relay load board in your browser. Open Relay, sign in as your carrier, and start from there — one extension for your desk.
Do I need another extension for Post-a-Truck?
No. Riley Pro creates Post-a-Truck from the same load card. To cancel open posts, use Relay’s Orders page.
Can I use more than one Relay company?
Free and Riley Pro support up to 1 Relay company, across all your browsers. Riley Pro+ supports up to 3 Relay companies, and you can switch between them yourself.
Do I get a weekly report?
Riley Pro+ can email a Monday summary of your last 7 days, including an Excel sheet. Turn it on or off under Billing, or send one now from Analytics.
Will my booked loads show on the website?
Yes — when this browser is connected to your Riley account. Successful claims show in Analytics. Keep the account linked while you run Riley so books stay in sync.
What about Riley Smart Pulse Cloud?
Cloud is a custom high-volume setup — not a normal self-serve plan. Request access from Plans or Support and we’ll follow up.
